About Us
Who is Hidden Boundaries LLC?
Hidden Boundaries is owned and operated by Mike and Diane Anderson since 2000. Our son, Dan, joined us as our senior installer and trouble shooter in 2003.
We started our business because of our passion for protecting our own furry kids. With our years of experience we combine our depth of knowledge, commitment to training and genuine love of pets. Our philosophy from day ONE has been: We treat our customers the same way we would want to be treated. We offer the most advanced systems, professional installation, best service and training that is like no other. Bottom line – you receive the most value for your money.
Mission Statement:
Listen to our customers, evaluate their needs, fulfill them on time and educate in order to produce great results.
Diane Anderson
Diane, owner of Hidden Boundaries with her husband Mike. Living in Grand Rapids all of her life she is very familiar with West Michigan.
She attended Western Michigan University for 2 years. After several years she returned to school, graduating from Aquinas College with a degree in Communication Arts. She has business experience in sales, accounting, purchasing, marketing and management. Because of her love for animals she went back to school to become a Certified Dog Trainer.
She does wear many hats in the business. You might meet her at your home during an estimate, dog training or you will find yourself talking with her on the phone. She is a great teacher. She creates lasting relationships with her customers and your pets become part of her family.
She has 3 (three) four legged kids: Jake is a mutt and the grumpy old man. Annie is a 5 ½ year old lab that is the Princess who wants to play non-stop. Sammie (Samantha) is a 1 ½ year old golden who just makes you laugh. She is not very graceful or coordinated but she tries real hard.
Mike Anderson
Mike grew up in Grand Rapids. His family moved to Chesaning, MI when he was in high school. After 24 years of being away he moved back to Grand Rapids when he and Diane married. He received his Engineering degree from Michigan State University. He worked for General Motors as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer. Because of the way an engineer plans things out and the way they think…this lead to quality installations, expertise in trouble shooting and problem solving. He has been training dogs and cats on the fence systems since the start of the business.
Mike and Diane have 6 children, 2 daughter-in-laws, 4 grandchildren, a grandog and grandcat. Getting together with family is very important to them. Making time for golf, working in their garden or just relaxing is sometimes very difficult to do.
Dan Jeakle
Dan is child number five. He attended Central Michigan University. Five years ago he joined the family business. He has been the senior installer for the past 4 years. He also has several years of experience in customer service. He has learned his problem solving skills from the best (Mike). He has the ability to analytically evaluate all situations. He is great with relating with customers, explaining how everything works and giving them great peace of mind.
He loves the outdoors especially when playing soccer.
